Lessons learned from human and animal disease eradication programmes to help inform the peste des petits ruminants global eradication programme (PPR-GEP)

This moderated panel discussion contributed to the Global Meetings Series for the formulation of the second phase of the Peste des Petits Ruminants Global Eradication Programme (PPR GEPII).

In line with a One Health approach, the meeting showcased cross-cutting themes and lessons learned from eradication campaigns for both animal and human diseases, in order to better advocate for disease eradication programmes including PPR GEP and to inform PPR GEPII.
