4th GF-TADs Standing Group of Experts on African Swine Fever for Asia and the Pacific region (SGE ASF4)

Within the Global Framework for the Progressive Control of Transboundary Animal Diseases (GF-TADs), a joint initiative of the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) and the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). High-level officials of the national Veterinary Services coming from  the Asian Region meet  to discuss how they can work in a coordinated manner to control and combact the disease in the region. The meeting on ‘Outbreak management’, originally planned on 31 March in the Republic of Korea, has been postponed due to COVID-19. Instead, an online meeting took place on 21 April 2020.
