Within the Global Framework for the Progressive Control of Transboundary Animal Diseases (GF-TADs), a joint initiative of the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) and the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). High-level officials of the national Veterinary Services coming from countries of the Asian Region meet on November 26 and 28 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to discuss how they can work in a coordinated manner to control and combact the disease in the region.
